When it comes to bold trends like neon or aztec, I like to invest on accessories rather than on, to mix them into my existing wardrobe and to come up with fun and trendy looks, without having to invest on a whole new look. This look is a perfect example of it. And how pretty is this linen vest? It reminded me so much of my mom's style back in the 90's, so fresh and chic, and since she's always been my fashion icon, I could not leave without.

Cuando se trata de tendencias llamativas como lo neón o el estampado azteca, me gusta invertir más en accesorios y mezclarlos con piezas que ya tengo en mi closet, y así crear un look divertido y en tendencia, sin tener que invertir en un look completo. Este atuendo es un ejemplo perfecto de ello.  Hablemos ahora del chaleco blanco de lino, Me recordó muchísimo a al estilo de mi mamá en los 90's, muy fresco y chic, y como siempre ha sido de mis fashion icons, no podía irme sin él.

Ever since the pastel colors took over the fashion trends, one of my favorite way to wear them is with lace, to create a feminine, chic and fresh look, perfecto for spring season and to celebrate Mother's day with my awesome Mum!

Desde que los colores pastel hicieron su aparición como tendencia, una de mi manera favorita de llevarlas es con encaje, para crear un look femenino y chic, además de fresco para la temporada y para celebrar el día de las madres con mi Mami que adoro!

My busy schedule finally allowed me to take some outfit pics, been wanting to show you this look wearing my favorite purchase of this season so far, this great striped blouse. Lots of striped garments had caught my eyes but non like this elegant blouse that makes a great pair with the newest skirt style of my clothing line Aterlier C. To finalise the attire my also new single strap sandals were the perfect touch, although I practically feel like I'm wearing flats, cause I look so short, love how they are so simple yet elegant. 

Finalmente tuve un tiempo de tomar fotitos para el blog, moría por mostrarles este look usando mi nueva compra favorita, esta blusa de rayas, aunque muchas piezas rayadas habían llamado mi atención, ninguna tanto como esta blusa que hace una gran pareja con el nuevo modelo de falda de mi linea de ropa Atelier C. Para finalizar el look esta sandalias de lineas simples fueron ideales, aunque sean tan bajitas que siento que son flats, pues me veo muy bajita, pero me encantan porque son un toque mínimo y elegante.

I could not possible live without my chambray shirt and a good black short skirt, they are definitely staples in my closet. There are tons of outfits you can create with them, this time I paired them together along with a cute statement pearls necklace I fell for!

No podría vivir sin mi camisa de chambray y una buena falda negra corta, son obligatorios en mi guardarropa. Hay mil maneras de llevarlos, esta vez los llevo juntos con un lindo collar statement de perlas del que me enamoré!

Si echamos un vistazo al pasado, esta combinación siempre ha estado presente! Creo que es muy chic y clásica y ahora que las rayas están por todos lados, no podía esperar a llevar y enseñarles este look tan classy!

Mixing prints

Stripes and leopard are my favorite print mix, it's fun and make a great pair! This pleather skirt is my newest design for Atelier C. and can't be more proud of it, I have the feeling it will become a regular on the blog! 

Rayas con leopardo es mi mix de estampados favorito, es divertido y hacen un gran par! Esta falda de "pleather" (piel sintética) is mi más nuevo diseño para Atelier C. y no podría estar más orgullosa. Presiento que la verán mucho por el blog!
